Where We Ship
F.T.M. Coffee Co. currently ships to valid addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Limited releases, unusually high order volume, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may occasionally require additional time. If a significant delay affects your order, we will use the email address provided at checkout to contact you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated from the merchandise subtotal before tax:
- $7.95 flat-rate shipping on orders below $55.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $55 or more.
The free-shipping threshold applies after product discounts and before sales tax.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit time may be affected by weather, seasonal volume, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside F.T.M. Coffee Co.’s control.
Shipping Address
Please review the shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. If a package is returned because an address was incomplete or incorrect, additional postage may be required before it can be shipped again.
Package Concerns
